## Job description

岗位职责
- 对本行私钻模块的AUM、存款、客户数、营收、产品销售负责，推动理财经理为客户提供专业化服务，培养复杂产品销售能力的理财经理。
- 了解国内外基金产品及投资理财产品的发展趋势和动态，以高净值客户为核心，充分发掘客户需求和市场机会。
- 带领团队完成年度规划和各项经营指标 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.5-20年相关工作经验
