- 调研当地房产市场情况
- 与房产评估公司对接
- 核实借款人和抵押物
- 房管局手续，办理抵押、领取他证及撤销抵押
- 重要凭证的出入库管理及监督 任职资格 0-3年相关工作经验；0-3年相关工作经验；
