## Job description

岗位职责 岗位职责
- 负责HS中小保司联盟工作，联合内外资源，拓展并组织开展对中小保司的保费调度、价费政策、经营管理和其他中小保司关注事宜，对保费增长、保单成本达成负责
- 负责车险精算、定价、数据产品输出工作，联合销售团队，组织开展相关产品的销售、迭代更新以及对中小保司的交付，对产品竞争力负责
- 其他车和非车承保环节的外部数据、中介商机等对接与创新转化
- 领导交办的其他工作 任职资格 岗位要求 1、本科及以上学历 2、5年以上车险经营、定价、精算方面工作经验与履历，中核或者精算专员及以上 3、熟悉保险法律法规及财产险领域（尤其是车险行业）监管规定，合规意识强 4、性格外向，具备良好的内外部沟通能力
