## Job description

岗位职责
- 贯彻执行公司规章制度、监管规定、行业自律规范及法律法规，依法合规经营；
- 负责业务拓展、客户承保理赔全流程服务；
- 产品出单、保单打印及档案管理等工作；
- 乡镇协保工作推动；
- 负责其他农险相关日常基础工作。 任职资格
- 具备市场营销相关经验，熟悉农业保险产品及市场;
- 具备较强的沟通能力及客户开发能力;
- 具备抗压能力，能够适应经常出差;
- 具备一定的数据分析能力，能够分析客户需求;
- 具备驾驶能力，能够独立完成客户拜访。
