## Job description

岗位职责
- 对团体保险业务核保材料、数据进行解读分析，完成风险评估定价；
- 团体保险业务相关核保系统作业及系统整理优化反馈；
- 了解收集上海地区的医疗保险相关政策；行业竞争情况调研；
- 结合分公司自身业务发展特点，配合总部业务指导原则，协助编制制定分公司团险业务风险定价策略；
- 领导安排的其他工作。

### 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历优先，保险学、精算学、统计学、医学专业

2、2年以上人身险或意健险核保、理赔工作经验； 3、具有LOMA，核保职业等级证书者从优； 4、数据解读分析能力，病历解读和医疗风险评估能力。
