## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助支行长做好厅堂团队管理，结合厅堂团队的特点，分解和制定达成团队业务目标的具体工作计划;
- 管理厅堂团队成员对进店客户开展承接、服务与产品转介/销售，持续提升厅堂团队产能。
- 管理厅堂团队成员开展网点进店客户、管户客户的分层经营，通过辅导、激励等方式持续提升厅堂团队成员的客户经营水平和成果，达成客户分层经营的目标。
- 开展网点服务管理，对网点全员进行服务培训与日常监督管理，及时处理网点客户投诉，持续提升服务体验及客户满意度。
- 在总分行授予的职责范围内开展网点日常安保管理工作，及时、妥善处置支行突发安保问题。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历
- 有银行理财或运营管理工作经验优先
- 无经商办企业或兼职行为
- 无监管机构金融违规记录
- 无亲属回避关系
