## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司金融板块业务规划、经营分析和队伍管理。
- 统筹公司业务的经营策略制定、客户营销管理、产品交叉销售、数字化平台搭建等工作。
- 明确团队KPI指标分解原则，协助团队公司业务的拓展与落地 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历。 2、5年以上金融行业工作经历，有对公业务推动及团队管理经验。 3、熟悉当地区域金融市场环境及法律法规，懂公司业务管理、营销策略制定、数字化平台搭建。
