## Job description

岗位职责
- 对金融产品有较好理解，围绕客户的生命周期，针对不同客户及金融产品匹配构建数字化运营体系，独立策划客户经营策略并执行落地；
- 通过深化客户洞察，设计并优化客户在各旅程阶段的经营策略，实现用户规模与留存的提升。将客户洞察与策略赋能到其他团队，形成以客户为中心的协同运营；
- 结合金融市场变化、各阶段用户的投资水平、持仓特征，制定可行的用户分群、分层精细化运营策略，设计方案，提升目标人群的留存率和活跃度；

### AI相关场景运营
- 利用AI类工具与数据分析，实现个性化内容产品推荐及服务提醒，提升用户体验与转化效率。 任职资格 1、硕士及以上学历，金融、经济、统计类相关专业，复合背景更佳，条件优秀者可适当放宽至本科； 2、2年以上券商、银行等金融机构或互联网用户增长运营经验，有公募基金、证券或三方理财平台运营背景者优先；有AI智能运营经验者优先； 3、责任心强，能独立承担项目并驱动结果。具备良好的市场洞察能力，沟通协调能力和团队协作精神，抗压能力强，能适应快节奏工作； 4、具有良好的数据分析能力和学习能力，具备一定的文案撰写和活动策划能力，能熟练使用办公软件； 5、能熟练运用Excel、PPT等工具进行数据分析及洞察，掌握SQL/Python/Tableau等工具者优先。
