## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹业财数据管理工作，牵头推进业财数据一致性建设，制定业财数据统一标准与业绩口径定义，排查数据差异，确保业务数据与财务数据精准对应、口径统一。
- 统筹推动业财数据链路打通，搭建高效数据传递通道，优化数据流转流程，解决数据断点、脱节问题，保障数据传递及时、准确、完整，支持数字化经营与运营。
- 统筹财务收入成本核算相关工作，规范核算流程、明确核算标准，审核核算数据，确保核算工作合规、精准，为收入确认、成本归集、财务分析和决策提供基础支撑。
- 负责科室日常管理与团队建设，完善业财数据管理制度，指导下属提升专业能力，协调跨部门数据对接，保障各项工作有序高效落地。 任职资格
- 至少5年财务相关工作经验，其中3年以上数字化核算或相关领域经验；
- 具备财务、会计、审计或相关专业本科及以上学历；
- 熟悉ERP系统及数据分析工具，具备数字化转型经验者优先；
- 持有CPA、CMA等财务相关证书者优先；
