## Job description

岗位职责
- 遵纪守法，遵守公司管理制度和销售管理要求。
- 积累并开拓新客户、新业务。
- 维护老客户做好日常服务的衔接工作。
- 达成相应的业绩标准，为分公司与团队计划达成做出贡献。
- 积极参加公司和团队组织的各项活动，勤于学习不断提升专业技能。
- 积极和团队成员合作，共同维护和谐的团队文化。 任职资格
- 年龄20-50周岁，本科及以上学历经济类研究生优先。
- 原则上应通过基金从业资格考试。
- 原则上应具有两年及以上的工作经验。
- 勤奋、有责任心、积极进取，学习能力强。
- 有良好的沟通能力和建立关系的能力。
- 公司规定的其它条件。
