## Job description

岗位职责

### 一、一般职责

（一）开拓并维护团体客户，为客户提供合适的综合福利保障计划、年金、信托等金融产品，积累忠诚的客户群。 （二）达成本办法规定的各项考核指标。 （三）积极参加营业部的各项业务活动。 （四）完成公司交办的其它工作。

二、若为业务代表职级，还应协助辅导人做好各项业务相关工作，学习并掌握针对团体客户的专业化销售流程和业务实务操作方法。 任职资格
- 大专以上学历，有1-3年直销业务员工作经验；
- 语言表达能力强，沟通能力强；
- 热爱销售工作；
