## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据公司战略，负责体检团队业务的目标分解、达成路径制定、计划与过程管理、推动及相关政策的实施与执行；
- 推进落实体检业务的业绩指标达成，承接销售经理的业绩考核管理；
- 负责各区域检测中心新市场开拓，督导追踪业务达成；
- 负责体检业务的市场活动策划并进行活动效果追踪分析；
- 负责针对市场环境，出具合理的市场策略并落地实施；
- 负责团队内部的招募、培养，提升团队业务能力。 任职资格 1、35岁以下，全日制大专及以上学历，市场营销、销售管理、企业管理等相关专业； 2、3-5年以上业务推动管理的经验，有大型集团化公司总部级业务推动管理经验，有体检或健康行业人脉渠道资源者优先； 3、对大健康市场有清晰深入的理解，过往所带团队销售业绩突出； 4、具备敏感的商业和市场意识，优秀的资源整合、统筹规划能力，结果导向，高效执行力与推动力； 5、有较强的责任感和事业心，有激情、抗压能力强。
