## Job description

岗位职责 1、机构企康服务能力建设 （1）根据企康客户需求规划服务生态，协同跨部门团队构建服务网络，制定供应商/商品/网点准入标准并推动上线落地； （2）统筹B端供应商全生命周期管理与C端用户体验优化，建立线上线下一体化质量管控体系，确保服务履约规范性，持续提升客户满意度。 2、机构企康线上运营 （1）推进企康客户数字化迁移工具及运营策略落地； （2）主导线上用户活跃度提升方案，统筹用户运营、活动运营及企业微信生态建设，制定并实施线上保险产品组合营销策略。 任职资格
- 本科（含学位）及以上学历，市场营销、数据、医学等相关专业优先；
- 具备出色的执行力与责任心，拥有优秀的跨部门协作能力与项目推动能力；
- 有健康险赛道、医疗相关行业经验、互联网平台运营经验优先。
