## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责资金头寸的日常管理与监控，保障资金流动性安全，提升资金使用效率。
- 负责制定并持续优化中短期资金策略，动态跟踪头寸变动，统筹制定资金调度方案。
- 负责头寸管理系统等数字化工具的开发建设与迭代优化。 任职资格
- 硕士研究生及以上学历；金融学、信息管理与信息系统、计算金融、大数据管理与应用、金融工程、金融科技、金融数学、应用统计学等相关背景优先。
- 具有商业银行资产负债管理、资金管理、金融市场或风险管理相关经验优先。
- 具备扎实的金融、经济、财务、会计相关专业知识；具有数据分析、数据挖掘等相关工作经验，熟练使用主流数据分析工具；了解国家宏观经济政策，了解商业银行流动性管理。
