## Job description

岗位职责

### 重客客群建设
- 指导综拓经理维护好重客客群，完成团队每月获客、AL经营与创利业务指标；

### 绩效考核管理
- 执行考核管理办法，指导团队制定年度、月度销售目标和计划，带领综拓经理团队完成各项考核指标；

### 日常管理
- 负责开展现场管理，督导综拓经理团队成员完成每日活动量，分析和点评团队销售情况；

### 培训辅导
- 建立并推动训练辅导体系的运作，通过陪同展业、衔接培训、帮带等方式，辅导综拓经理提高业务技能和销售业绩，配合总分行做好销售培训；

### 业务拓展
- 参与组织和执行各项业务推动、竞赛、营销活动；结合本团队的实际情况，策划、组织、实施业务开拓活动；

### 投诉处理
- 负责处理所开拓客户各类综拓业务的投诉。

### 任职资格 ​1、学历要求

本科及以上学历； 2、从业经验：有金融行业从业经验及团队管理经验者优先； 3、其他要求：具有较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理及组织能力； 4、无违法违规或行业不良记录。
