## Job description

岗位职责
- 理赔流程优化，仔细观察日常工作中影响工作效率的环节和问题，提出解决方案，协调并最终达成效果；
- 参与理赔系统的优化改造，提出建设性系统优化需求，在效率和准确率上面优化理赔服务质量；
- 理赔重点项目推进与管理，完成直赔等重点产品的功能上线与使用推广
- 领导安排的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历 ，金融保险、医疗相关专业；
- 三年以上保险理赔从业经验，参与过理赔系统的设计与验收，了解直赔等创新支付能力。有医疗理赔审核经验及用户运营经验优先；
- 拥有较强的逻辑思维能力，良好的沟通能力，自驱能力强，能适应高压力工作。
