## Job description

岗位职责
- 事故及损失信息的查勘、定损立案，判断保险责任；
- 协助客户处理事故善后；
- 指导客户填写及收集索赔资料；
- 疑难案件上报调查；
- 完成本部门安排的其他任务。 任职资格
- 本科学历及以上，专业不限（车辆类、医学类、法律类、保险类、机械类、新能源类等相关专业优先）；
- 具有良好沟通协调能力，思路清晰、负责高效。有较强的抗压能力、执行能力；
- 拥有C1及以上机动车驾驶证。
