## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责产品推动，提高业务人员对产品的认知度、把握度；
- 做好客户、产品分析，平衡好产品结构；
- 做好前端风险防范工作，销售流程符合规范要求；
- 对相关产品进行培训、督导和推动；
- 上级领导交办的其他工作；
- 具备较强的市场开拓能力，良好的纪律性、应变能力。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、２年以上银行相关工作经验，具备银行零售经验者优先； 3、具备较强的统筹协调能力和数据洞察分析能力； 4、执行力强，无不良从业记录。
