## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责开发并维护机构客户及高净值客户，做好交易服务、资产配置等一揽子综合金融需求；
- 深度了解客户需求，为客户提供专业的资产配置与投顾服务，促成产品销售及交易达成；
- 负责组织开展机构及高净值客户相关的拓展、维护、服务等活动。 任职资格
- 熟悉各类金融产品，具备证券和基金从业资格；
- 本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位；
- 具有证券 、 信托 、 银行等金融机构 、 第三方财富等专业销售机构或投资公司相关工作经验，能够较快达成重点业务，实现业务收入；
- 优先录用财经 、管理类及相近专业人员或具有 AFP 、CFP 、 CFA 、 律师或注册会计师等资格的专业型人才；
- 以客户为中心 对销售及金融行业充满热忱,,积极 、自信 、出色的沟通及交流能力。
