## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责资金条线前台IT项目规划和项目管理；
- 制定信息系统管理制度及相关工作流程；
- 统筹、挖掘业务需求，组织需求的讨论，编写需求文档；
- 对接IT团队并负责项目进度的沟通、管理、协调和汇报；
- 跟踪系统上线运行情况，及时跟踪处理生产系统问题；
- 领导交付的其他事务。 任职资格
- 金融、数理硕士以上学历, 3-5年金融或IT工作经验;
- 积极主动，有协作意识，有较好的沟通能力;
- 爱学爱思考，可独立解决问题;
- 可多线程工作,有一定抗压能力;
- 有金融市场前中后台工作经验，金融市场IT需求分析或研发经验，大型项目管理经验者优先。
