## Job description

岗位职责
- 主持部门工作，负责部门的业务规划、经营分析、业务管理，完成总分行下达的任务。
- 负责部门人员管理，搭建人才培养体系，完善部门人才梯队建设。
- 负责部门日常管理工作，完成上级领导交办的专项任务或其他重要工作。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，学士及以上学位。 2.10年及以上银行或者相关金融机构工作经验，5年及以上管理经验，具备应聘部门相关的业务及管理经验。 3.纪律及合规意识强，无重大违法违规行为或行业不良记录，符合我行亲属回避等相关制度要求。
