## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责组织和协调开展消费者权益保护工作，建设和优化消保管理体系；
- 统筹和制定银保总部及各二级机构银保部的消保考核、落实消保审查、消保宣教、消保评价等； 实施覆盖售前、售中、售后的消保监督监查，提出消保意见；
- 负责银保投诉工作治理，协调和指导二级机构重大/疑难投诉案件处理；
- 负责投诉、首问数据的统计和分析工作，通过分析及时发现问题，提出风控整改要求。 任职资格 1.、教育背景：本科及以上学历优先，保险、金融、管理、法律等相关专业优先； 2、熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的逻辑分析能力和数据敏感度； 3、敢于管理、善于统筹，对工作负责，具备解决问题的能力和较强工作执行的能力； 4、具备良好的抗压能力、协调沟通能力和团队合作精神。
