## Job description

岗位职责
- 贷前核查。负责管户客户授信业务的贷前客户风险核查工作，并出具独立的风险核查报告，为授信审查审批人员提供支持信息，风险经理对风险核查报告内容的真实性负责，但不替代客户经理尽职调查职责以及授信审查审批人员的风险审批职责。
- 贷中核实。负责参与管户客户授信业务的贷中法律文书面签和抵质押登记核实工作，并出具面签声明和抵质押登记证明文件办理情况的说明材料，风险经理对面签声明和抵质押登记证明内容的真实性负责，但不替代客户经理等人员在面签和抵质押登记中应承担的责任。
- 贷后督导和管理。负责管户客户授信业务的贷后预警监控工作督导和管理，确保客户经理等岗位落实各项贷后规定动作要求并及时发现和化解风险，风险经理对自身督导与管理工作的及时性、准确性负责，但不替代客户经理等人员在贷后监控工作中应承担的责任。
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，3年以上风险经理工作经验，
- 熟悉基础对公产品，具有良好的风险识别及防控意识；
- 合规意识好、推动和执行力强、创新意识好、沟通协调能力强、抗压性强；
- 无违法违规违纪等不良情形。
