## Job description

岗位职责
- 基于市场需求变化，制定和实施理财、基金、债券、股票及衍生品等复杂金融产品的营销计划，完成年度业绩目标；
- 服务和拓展高净值客户，充分考虑客户风险偏好和财务状况，为客户提供个性化的投资建议和财务规划；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，积极提升客户满意度和忠诚度，推动客户资产规模增长;
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历;
- 有1-5年私行金融顾问工作经验;
- 无违法违规违纪等不良情形。
