## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责银保条线业务人员结构及配置发展情况的分析管理；
- 负责银保条线业务人员各项基本信息统计留存、数据维护；
- 负责银保条线业务人员的招聘安排、编制管理；
- 与机构人力资源部门配合进行业务人员的相关管理工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，双证齐全，有同业经验者优先；
- 具备一定的沟通能力、协调能力及较强的组织能力；
- 性格开朗，能较好融入团队。
