## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责开拓和维护顶私客群，提升客户资产规模，增加营收和提高客户忠诚度；
- 经营顶私客群，挖掘并满足客户需求，为其提供个性化的投资建议、财富分析和规划、保障传承分析和规划，为客户提供资产配置建议，促进客户在我行资产提升；
- 积极配合和参与团队管理，避免业务冲突，提供合理化建议，保持积极向上的团队氛围；
- 按时参加中心组织的早会、夕会及分行组织的各类会议、培训等活动；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，提升客户满意度并积极处理客户投诉。 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历，金融类相关专业优先；

### 经验
- 具有5年以上私行理财经理、保险营销、高端客户营销工作经历；有央国企、大型企业资源及业务渠道资源者优先；

### 专业能力
- 熟悉银行、证券和保险相关产品，擅长理财规划和保障规划，具有较强的服务营销能力和商业敏感性；具备独立开拓目标客户的能力；持有AFP、CFP理财专业证书、国际保险专业证照者优先，曾获得COT、TOT、MDRT和IDA荣誉优先；

### 素质要求
- 认同公司文化，目标导向、追求卓越、勇于挑战、抗压力强；具备优秀的团队合作和沟通协调能力；无违规违纪行为，无不良从业记录，责任心、纪律和合规意识强。
