## Job description

岗位职责 1.1、通过各类HR管理机制设计，推动公司业务发展和人才梯队建设。主要负责组织发展，包括组织架构、职级体系管理等。 2、参与公司激励体系设计，通过多样化的工具落地短中长期激励，保障员工薪酬竞争力。 3、关注人员盘点及潜力评估，通过各类人员HR管理机制保障员工发展。 2.参与薪酬福利及人员管理相关项目工作。 任职资格 1、3年以上咨询公司或HR经验，扎实的HR专业功底，对组织发展、薪酬激励机制有深入理解更佳。 2、必须具备主动学习能力，强烈的上进心及自驱力，良好的抗压能力。 2、优秀的逻辑思维能力及业务敏感度，能够主动发现问题，并协调资源解决。 3、具备良好的沟通能力和人际理解力。
