## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹银行等金融机构渠道资源，推动健康险产品在渠道的深化销售，确保渠道产能稳步提升；
- 系统性拓展与维护与银行等外部金融机构的关系，创新合作模式，策划并落地营销活动；
- 跟踪银保渠道业务进度，定期复盘保费达成率、件均保费、续保率等关键指标，针对薄弱环节制定并推动整改措施；
- 组织开展产品知识、销售技能及合规培训，提升团队专业能力与服务水平，打造高效银保销售队伍；
- 严格执行保险行业监管要求及公司合规制度，建立银保渠道业务风险防控机制，定期开展合规检查，杜绝销售误导等违规行为。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3年及以上银保、银行保险销售相关经验；
- 熟悉银行网点运营流程，具备渠道维护、活动组织与培训辅导能力；
- 具备较强的协调、公关、分析问题、解决问题的能力，有健康险销售或渠道经验优先。
