## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据公司业务发展战略及销售目标，负责团队内代理人管理和业务推动；
- 负责销售团队及销售合伙人体系的组建及日常管理、增员；
- 为团队成员进行业务培训与指导，提升团队业务技能；
- 开发新客户、开拓新市场。 任职资格 1．认可健康险及医疗健康行业； 2．25-40周岁，本科及以上学历； 3．有三年以上保险行业销售经验，有资源者优先； 4．有保险队伍管理经验，具备良好的组织和领导能力； 5．具有较强的渠道管理、业务管理能力，有较强的抗压能力和目标感。
