## Job description

### 岗位职责 在合规及风险管理要求的前提下，承担总行与属地地空联动，其主要职责包括但不限于

（1）承担日常“地空联动”

### 在分行端的对接、协同和组织、推动，关键动作包括

外访客户和一线、事实调查、信修&催记回传、减免/重组落地、信函发送、协助行内流程和扣款、高风险/MOB案件专案等； （2）监督厂商作业的流程、话术、服务和质量和效率，并提出改进催收作业的需求，以及具有属地化的政策； （3）承担回退率、投诉满意度、滚动率、成本优化等关键指标，并通过监督和行使甲方权利等手段，提升产能和效率； （4）协同风险闭环策略，整理、萃取和推动催记向特管经理传导，确保清收分层和分类施策的精准化。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有1-3年零售贷款催清收经理工作经验；
- 具备电催和委外管理工作经验，熟悉国家经济金融政策、法律法规，具备良好的职业操守，有较强的执行力、沟通协调能力，目标导向、抗压性强。
- 有较强的数据统计、分析能力，熟练使用办公软件
