## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责客户旅程链路设计，包括系统需求撰写、SOP编写等，赋能一线提升人效，确保客户体验丝滑衔接
- 负责服务品质咨诉管理，包括后送问题处理、正向口碑传播、内部压测质检等，发现问题并形成解决方案
- 负责管家服务培训管理，包括日常管理培训、服务数据分析、绩优荣誉体系设计等，推动管家服务质量提升 任职资格 1、3年以上运营经验，养老行业从业经验优先 2、具备数据分析及ppt撰写能力，熟练掌握excel相关函数使用，可独立搭建简单报表 3、逻辑思维突出，具备客户视角及服务态度，主观能动性强，责任心强
