## Job description

岗位职责 法人业务方向/政保业务方向/企业健康管理业务方向
- 业务团队管理责任人，对团队客户经营、业绩达成负责；
- 领导或参与团队所辖范畴业务的拓展工作和客户服务工作；
- 制定团队所辖范畴业务板块的发展策略。
- 团队销售队伍的管理、发展规划及培养。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，特殊人才适当放宽学历要求；
- 熟悉央国企或海内外大型客户保险采购流程及业务模式，具备目标行业市场分析洞察、统筹规划、资源调动和大客户销售拓展能力；
- 销售总监任职累计2年以上者优先。
