## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹安排厅堂日常工作开展，从服务、消保、人员管理、业绩追踪等多维度开展厅堂工作；
- 统一管理厅堂各岗位人员；辅导厅堂团队绩效达成，培养厅堂团队阶梯队伍；
- 辅助厅堂团队开展营销工作，培训厅堂队伍销售技能，带来厅堂团队完成各项业绩指标。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备3年及以上银行零售业务从业经验；有团队管理经验，具备基金从业资格证者等从业证书者优先；
- 具备统筹协调、沟通管理能力，具备培训、转培训能力，具备较强抗压能力。
