## Job description

岗位职责
- 推动所负责指标的业绩达成，制定经营策略，明确落地动作、追踪活动量、定期分析总结；
- 调研一线在开展业务过程中遇到的问题及卡点，形成解决方案并推动落地；
- 分析指标达成数据，对比同业及兄弟分行，找出自身优劣项，定期总结提炼优秀案例进行模式复制；
- 组织实施新业务、新产品的营销推广及培训，参与总分行创新项目的设计与开发。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 有一线工作经验及营销经验，熟悉银行理财、贷款、客户经营等业务产品及流程；有同业中台推动岗位经验者优先；
- 有良好的经营数据分析能力，能聚焦业务目标分析数据、产出方案。熟悉大数据技术及工具者优先；
- 具备优秀的沟通协调及表达能力，能够跨部门协作，能够培训授课，能独立推动项目落地；
- 职业操守良好，品行端正，无严重违规违纪行为及不良从业记录。
