## Job description

岗位职责 1．协助业务部总监及经理进行团队管理，包括代理人入职离职审核和日常人员管理、业绩追踪、数据通报、以及激励、考核等过程管理工作； 2．团队各类培训、会议的运作支持、线上线下活动筹备筹划，业务方案立项和兑现、财务预算等日常支持性工作； 3．上级主管安排的其他工作。 任职资格 1、30周岁以下。 2、大学本科以上学历。 3、具有较强的渠道管理、业务管理、企划分析能力。 4、具有完善的办公软件操作能力，熟练运用PPT、EXCEL、WORD等工具。 5、办公地点在昆山。
