## Job description

岗位职责 承接总行信用贷新产品政策策略，赋能分行机构和队伍，深入洞察研究本地小微市场、特色产业和客群，制定本地化差异化的小微客群获客策略，挖掘并推动批量获客项目落地产出。

### 本地小微市场研究
- 深入一级分行辖区本部和各二级分行市场，研究分析当地小微市场、特色产业链、核心企业和目标客群（圈链会），撰写本地细分客群圈链会项目报告，协助筛选锁定目标优质商圈、核心企业及场景平台；

### 小微批量获客项目挖掘
- 对本地小微目标客群制定细分差异化的小微项目拓客策略，设计本地化合作方案，完成小微批量获客项目的全流程（含方案设计、谈判准入、协议签署等），实现项目落地和成功批量放款；

### 队伍信用贷业务能力建设
- 负责分行个贷队伍（含自营、传统个贷）信用贷新产品的产品亮点、获客策略、话术的宣导培训。 任职资格

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历；

### 素质要求
- 熟悉零售信贷信用贷产品、风险、合规相关政策和业务流程，熟悉分行本地小微市场、产业和客群；

### 核心能力要求
- 具备小微批量获客项目的开发、商务谈判及落地能力，本地客群市场产业研究能力，队伍培训与推动能力；

### 合规要求
- 无任何处罚记录。
