## Job description

岗位职责
- 进行市场开拓，达成销售任务。
- 维护客户关系，提升客户粘度。
- 做好业务风险第一道防线。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历。

### 从业要求
- 具有5年以上银行对公客户经理经验，稳定性高；具有优秀的市场营销能力，熟悉银行各种金融产品及相关业务，熟悉营销流程。

### 素质要求
- 正直、诚信，积极进取、抗压力强，具有较强的合规意识及风险控制能力，在职期间未发生不良贷款损失及无警告及以上违规违纪行为。
