## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹管理公司年金投资客户的营销与服务工作，协助指定相关管理制度、业务流程并指导各分支机构有效落实；
- 推动各分支机构进行年金客户的开拓与维护，承担路演、投标、投资汇报等支持工作，提升专业度和挖掘潜在商机；
- 对接外部年金受托管理合作机构，响应相关业务沟通、数据报表、信息披露等各类需求，确保合作平稳有序开展；
- 公司交办的其他工作。 任职资格

### 学历背景
- 研究生学历及以上，特别优秀的本科可放宽，保险、金融、经济等相关专业优先；CPA/CFA资格优先；

### 工作经验
- 至少3-5年金融行业工作经验，有年金中前台岗位工作经验者、有对接央国企等大型战略客户营销与服务经验者优先；

### 专业要求
- 熟悉国内年金或资管业务领域，了解相关政策和规定；

### 其他
- 具备较强的跨部门协调及沟通能力，具有较好的客户服务与经营意识，抗压能力及自驱力较强，能接受不定期出差。
