## Job description

岗位职责
- 全面主持部门工作，总体统管分行普惠金融部；
- 制定分行普惠金融业务发展战略及年度经营计划并推动执行，负责分行普惠金融专职客户经理队伍、产品经理队伍管理；
- 指导团队客户经理进行营销工作和市场开拓，完成分行下达的各项经营指标；
- 严控本部门、团队各项风险指标，防范信贷风险。
- 对接总行普惠金融部，负责相关业务的上传下达工作；
- 统筹规划各销售渠道管理工作，进行普惠金融的调研和分析，指导各团队开展业务、达成业务目标。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，金融、经济等相关专业优先； 2、5年以上银行对公/零售业务管理经验；具备优秀的管理能力、业务能力； 3、市场拓展、业务营销、组织领导、沟通协调能力强； 4、符合平安银行亲属回避政策，具备良好的职业操守，风险意识强，无严重违法违纪及不良从业记录，无金融违规记录。
