## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责所属板块政策研究、行业分析，省级委办厅局日常沟通；
- 协助销售队伍解决客户相关需求，完成政府类项目相关指标；
- 负责政保类项目营销活动策划、产品推动及商机挖掘;
- 定期保费调度及日常追踪检视，常规经营工作分析；
- 协助领导，完成日常相关事务处理。 任职资格
- 本科或研究生以上学历，金融、保险、统计、数学专业者优先；
- 有大型财产险公司两核工作经验者优先；
- 年龄原则上不超过35周岁；
- 有较强的学习能力，沟通能力、研究分析和组织推动能力；
- 性格开朗，思维灵活，有同客户沟通的经验和技巧。
