## Job description

岗位职责

### 贷前管理
- 零售信贷协审支持；业务团队零售风险政策培训宣导、检视、问题贷款的调查与认定等；

### 贷后及催清收管理
- 贷款资金流向检查及各类预警风险排查等；抵押品权证入库跟踪管理、价值复估；贷款档案管理等；资产风险分类调整及内部核销、税务核销管理、贷款重组等；日常逾期催清收管理；

### 其他工作
- 征信检查、征信合规等征信日常管理；风险报表及数据统计等；内外部各类检查及问题整改督导等；
- 安排的各项工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，经济、金融、会计、法律等与岗位相关专业者优先，2年以上风险合规或相关银行业务条线工作经验；
- 具较强的执行能力；对风险、合规等方面有一定经验；有较强的沟通协调能力、团队合作能力；熟悉EXCEL等办工软件，具备较强的数据分析能力；
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为
