岗位职责
- 负责贯彻总部销售政策，制定分公司销售业务计划；
- 管理门店直销业绩追踪、分析，并根据达成情况制定方案；
- 督导、跟踪门店直销业务，管理门店业务标准化执行情况；
- 负责制定分公司销售激励方案。 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历；
- 三年以上销售管理工作经验，熟悉产品和业务流程；
- 管理、营销管理能力；
- 沟通协调能力、推动执行能力、数据分析能力。
