## Job description

岗位职责 【主要聚焦中高收益产品，有小微企业资源储备】 （1）负责小微企业主及个人信用类产品营销、客户开拓和维护； （2）聚焦商机营销和存量客户经营，包括意向客户挖掘转化、业务经办承接； （3）负责客户业务受理与贷前调查工作，如实介绍产品并告知客户相关权益和义务； （4）落实贷款业务经办承办、贷中、贷后管理，为客户提供综合服务，提升存量客户续借复贷等； （5）落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务合法合规 任职资格 （1）本科以上学历； （2）具备3年及以上同业相关工作经验；有小微企业、商圈资源者优先； （3）具备优秀的自主拓客能力及地推式获客经验，目标导向、抗压能力强； （4）严守合规风险，无重大处罚记录。
