## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责所辖区域业务经营管理和 KPI达成；
- 搭建、维护所辖区域政府关系；
- 带领团队人员进行业务组织和拓展；
- 所辖区域农网建设及农网团队管理；
- 负责所辖区域招标工作；
- 集中承保或理赔时，统筹管理对应的具体事务性工作；
- 负责业务部其它相关工作。 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历；
- 具有较强的管理能力和销售技能；
- 具备目标行业市场分析及推动落地的能力，具备一定的销售组织、策划及团队管理能力。
