## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责日常业务的跟进和推动，达成创利和KPI指标、达成交叉销售业务目标。
- 负责客户业务受理与贷前调查工作；按贷后管理和资金流向相关制度和实施细则要求，落实贷款管理工作。
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务合法合规。 任职资格
- 原则上本科及以上学历；
- 具备零售贷款、普惠、对公1年以上工作经验者优先；
- 较强的市场营销能力或潜力，有本地“熟人圈”、商圈、产业链上下游、商会资源者优先；
- 良好的职业道德，无不良信用记录，无监管机构金融违规记录，符合合规要求。
