## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责投顾团队的日常管理与业务指导;
- 制定并实施投顾团队的工作目标与计划;
- 负责投顾业务的客户维护与开发;
- 负责投顾产品的设计与推广;
- 负责投顾业务的风险控制与合规管理;
- 领导交办的其他工作 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，具备证券从业资格；
- 具备3年以上团队管理经验，有较强的沟通协调能力；
- 具备较强的客户、渠道、优秀人才资源者优先。
