## Job description

岗位职责
- 做好业务团队管理，结合业务团队的特点，分解和制定达成团队业务目标的具体工作计划；
- 通过有效的日常活动量管理与针对性辅导训练，提升团队成员技能和产能；
- 组织团队成员建立、维护和管理所属客户及潜在客户关系，陪同拜访客户，协助维护大客户，提供高水平的服务。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、5年及以上金融营销经验，2年以上管理经验； 3、熟悉银行产品，服务营销能力强，持有AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先； 4、具有商业敏感性、沟通协调能力强、合规意识强。
