## Job description

岗位职责
- 牵头全公司投诉管理工作，推进建立健全投诉管理工作机制
- 组织落实投诉处理工作的管理、指导和考核，协调、督促相关部门和分支机构妥善处理各类投诉，推进投诉处理专业队伍建设
- 落实监管机构转办投诉信访案件的处理、结果报送，定期向监管部门报送投诉数据和相关工作报告，落实面向社会公众披露投诉信息的要求
- 组织落实金融纠纷多元化解工作要求，建设投诉管理系统并负责日常运维，满足内部管理和监管报送要求
- 开展投诉数据的管理、运行监测、统计分析，提示和预警趋势性、苗头性问题，督促责任部门改善问题，对公司管理规范和流程提出改进意见 任职资格 1、正规大学硕士学历，社会学、心理学相关专业优先 2、3年以上工作经验，熟悉寿险公司业务和运营流程，有投诉管理、保险理赔运营等相关工作经历者优先 3、工作认真严谨，责任心强，有较好的学习能力、文字综合能力和团队合作精神，有较强的组织协调和沟通交流能力，具备独立思考并解决问题的能力
