## Job description

岗位职责
- 团队管理，赋能及带教；
- 承接分公司理赔KPI，对理赔指标负责；
- 机构当地理赔重大、突发事件应急处置；理赔项目性重点工作的推动及落实；
- 搭建分公司理赔风控体系，及时发布风险预警；遇到问题时，能向上提供有建设性的解决方案并推动落实。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，年龄40岁以内； 2.5年以上人身险理赔工作经验，至少2年团队管理经验； 3.自驱力及目标感强，善于沟通，能有效解决队伍需求； 4.具备理赔专业能力，精通人身险理赔规则。
