## Job description

岗位职责
- 掌握市场健康保险市场和大健康市场，挖掘市场需求；
- 根据合作渠道客户画像，匹配设计产品，实现渠道的拓展与合作；
- 组织和安排各机构、渠道产品需求调研，根据市场需求设计产品；
- 协同渠道、机构、核保、精算、系统、运营等相关团队，保证产品按时完成开发；
- 与大健康各类供应商沟通合作机会，打造创新医健服务产品；
- 精通数据分析，分析赔付、费用等各项经营数据，判断产品风险和经营风险；
- 完成领导交办的其他相关工作。 任职资格 1. 本科及以上学历，保险、精算、数学、统计等相关专业优先； 2. 3年以上保险相关工作者优先，有精算相关工作经验者优先； 3. 有通过精算考试科目优先； 4. 熟悉保险产品开发逻辑、定价原理、风险管控及监管政策； 5. 具备较强的沟通推动能力，能够协同渠道、机构及后台支持团队推进项目落地； 6. 具备良好的结构化思维、书面表达和汇报能力，能够独立完成方案撰写、专题分析等的汇报材料； 7. 责任心强，执行力强，细致严谨，能够适应项目制推动和多线程工作节奏。
